About Us

Jaime’s journey in the world of aesthetics began in 2000 when she started as an assistant in the oculoplastic specialty. It was during this time that she began working alongside visionary physicians who introduced her to the captivating and transformative field of aesthetics. 

From 1999 to 2013, Jaime managed multiple esthetic practices across various locations while also consulting for leading brands and physicians in the esthetic industry. Additionally, Jaime spent time in the operating room assisting the oculoplastic community with both surgical and non-surgical procedures, as well as cosmetic treatments. This hands-on experience provided Jaime with a comprehensive understanding of the physician-side of the esthetics field.

From 2013 to 2017, Jaime embarked on a remarkable journey managing various aspects of the Medicis, Solta, and Obagi portfolio. This role not only honed her expertise but made her a driving force behind the business's growth, culminating in its successful sale in 2017. 

With over two decades of experience in the professional skincare industry, I’m thrilled to offer the best skincare solutions from top brands, tailored to all skin types and concerns. My passion is curating the most effective, transformative skincare products and services to meet the needs of every client.

In the following years, from 2017 to 2024, Jaime ascended to the role of CEO at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, then Clinical Skin. During her tenure, she internationalized business and orchestrated a strategic sale to a publicly traded entity, marking a significant milestone in her career. During this time Jaime was also ICDO excellence award winner as well PM360 Trail Blazer award.

Dr. Laurence Dryer is a passionate scientist with over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and skincare industry. She has spent her career creating cutting-edge technologies and products that still bring joy to consumers to this day. 

With a background in Neuroscience, Laurence's prestigious academic and beauty industry career has been marked by a commitment to innovation and authenticity. Laurence's scientific vision and her dedication to creating innovative and clinically efficacious products has always been at the forefront of her work. 

She has held numerous key leadership roles, including Chief Scientific Officer at Clinical Skin, and Executive Vice President of R&D at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, where she drove growth and led the scientific strategy behind both portfolios. She has also held various positions at The Honest Company, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson. 

After decades of creating technologies and products, seeing "under the hood" of hundreds of everything from creams to serums to lotions,  I am so proud to offer what I know first-hand to be the best in medical-grade skin care. I am even more proud to do so in my own neighborhood, here in Harper's preserve.
