Shipping Policy



Shipping methods

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PR or U.S Territories and APOs. Please note these dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping options

We currently only offer ground shipping.

Holiday Shipping

In observance of federal holidays, our customer care center and warehouse are closed on all federal holiday days.

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.

Change of address after shipment

Because of our highly automated system, orders placed at 321 Skin Glow are processed within minutes, making it very challenging to implement changes. Therefore, address modifications after an order has been placed are generally not possible at 321 Skin Glow, except in rare cases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are there any restrictions for the free shipping promo code?

Free shipping promo codes must be applied at checkout. Codes are distributed when customers sign up for email newsletters. Codes are unique and can only be used on a single order. Offer cannot be combined or transferred. No cash value. Only available in the continental contiguous United States.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided the items are in stock and payment is verified. Shipping/Processing may take longer than normal during the holidays due to high demand. Thanks for your patience.

Return Policy



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@321skinglow.com. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 10350 Highway 242 STE 200, TX, 7738. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as any SPF Cosmetic product or any Lip/Lash product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges as of right now.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@321skinglow.com.
